- Group Class every Mondays at 7pm (meet at High St Subway near Cadman Plaza)!

Running Benefits

Research has clearly demonstrated time and time again that running for fitness has many different health benefits including:

  •     improved heart and lung function
  •     better blood cholesterol levels
  •     enhanced immune system response
  •     decreased likelihood of developing diabetes, cancer, heart disease
  •     weight management - runners are less   likely to be overweight or obese


Running for weight loss or weight management is one of the highest scoring reasons that people take up running.
