Meet the Instructor Sensei Hector Salazar Hector has dedicated many years of training in different styles of martial arts. Beginning at the age of six, he has earned the rank of black belt in the art of taekwondo. Throughout his years of training, he has practiced many different styles of the arts including kenpo, boxing, kick boxing, mixed martial arts, and he has trained in weapons such as the sai and bo staff. Because of his astute affinity for learning, and leadership skills, Hector began assisting senior instructors from an early age. These leadership qualities and aptitude for learning make him a perfect role model and examples for kids who now find themselves in the potential leadership positions that he was in when he was younger. Hector's ultimate goal is to continue to learn and grow as a martial artist, and spread the knowledge he acquires to as many individuals as he can as he believes that the spirit of martial arts is to be shared.
