A springboard into your week, a great boost before hitting up brunch. This class primes with practical alignment principals and winds through the core yoga postures to elevate your performance in any fitness endeavor. A wonderful component in cross training and perfect for refining dynamic yoga practice. 


Hard Core
TUESDAY 7P.M. – 7:30P.M.

The name is both a description and a goal! There’s a reason it’s called ‘the core’, it’s the center of everything! A strong core leads to a strong, fit body that will be less prone to injury. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it's the glue that holds everything together. Hard-Core provides the vital ingredient for a stronger core. All the moves in Hard-Core have options, so it's challenging, but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout, you’ll be guided through correct technique as you work with resistance tools, weights, as well as body weight exercises like planks, and hovers. You will also get some thigh, butt and lower back exercises

Military Boot Camp
TUESDAY 7:30P.M. – 8:30P.M.

Fall in!! Upper body, lower body, cardiovascular, drills, calisthenics, core, and more! You'll become faster, stronger, more agile, and have better endurance than ever before! You’ll use your body like you never have before, and before long it'll be running like a fine tuned tank! And…let’s not forget about the weights! Can you handle the battle?

Primal Conditioning I.T.
WEDNESDAY 7P.M. – 8P.M.

Focusing primarily on 'Interval Training', this class alternates bursts of high intensity movements with lower intensity recovery movements. Using a wide range of movements, including animal movements, this class will help you burn calories by revving up your metabolism! Your body will be the primary tool used, but don't be surprised some other basic equipment is rotated in. Actually...be surprised! This is a great class to get over the 'Hump Day Humdrums'- It's guaranteed to awaken the primal beast in you.

H.E.A.T. (High Energy Abs Training)

THURSDAY 7P.M. - 7:30P.M.

30 minutes of abdominal and back exercises…with some cardio thrown in… for intense all around core conditioning. This class will help with class will help with core strength, stability, balance, and improved posture. A great way to fit a quick but challenging core workout into your busy day and even busier week! More than just looks, strong abs help contribute to overall core strength.  This class has hit ‘em hard abdominal work firming up transverse, obliques, and rectus abdominus. Don’t you worry about the science or anatomy! Just show up and get ready to churn, burn, sculpt, and shred those abs!

THURSDAY 7:30P.M. - 8P.M.

Mix high energy Throwback Thursday music, PLUS High Intensity Interval Training mixed with our own High Octane Training, and you’ve got a major hit! Classic dance grooves mixed with the hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat! Lower, upper, core, cardio, all are hit in this class. Bodyweight, weights, kettlebells, TRX and more may (probably!) be incorporated. Sing along…if you can catch your breath. Bust a move…if you can spare the energy!
