Iron & Steel (Fundamental Strength and Weight Training)
SUNDAY 10A.M. - 11 A.M.
Forge rock hard, lean muscles in this strength and weight training class. Build strength, add definition, increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat. Fact- muscle burns fat! Dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, and your own body weight are the equipment. We’ll focus on one of three target zones each week- upper body, lower body, or full body. Every fiber of every muscle will be hit. You’ll also learn technique, form, and safe weight lifting skills.
SUNDAY 11A.M. - 12 P.M.
A springboard into your week, a great boost before hitting up brunch. This class primes with practical alignment principals and winds through the core yoga postures to elevate your performance in any fitness endeavor. A wonderful component in cross training and perfect for refining dynamic yoga practice.
TUESDAY 7P.M. – 7:30P.M.
The name is both a description and a goal! There’s a reason it’s called ‘the core’, it’s the center of everything! A strong core leads to a strong, fit body that will be less prone to injury. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it's the glue that holds everything together. Hard-Core provides the vital ingredient for a stronger core. All the moves in Hard-Core have options, so it's challenging, but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout, you’ll be guided through correct technique as you work with resistance tools, weights, as well as body weight exercises like planks, and hovers. You will also get some thigh, butt and lower back exercises
Military Boot Camp
TUESDAY 7:30P.M. – 8:30P.M.
Fall in!! Upper body, lower body, cardiovascular, drills, calisthenics, core, and more! You'll become faster, stronger, more agile, and have better endurance than ever before! You’ll use your body like you never have before, and before long it'll be running like a fine tuned tank! And…let’s not forget about the weights! Can you handle the battle?
THURSDAY 7P.M. - 7:30P.M.
Work your muscles in every way possible in this class designed to build strength, add definition, increase your endurance, and decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle. This is the ultimate mix of plyometrics, upper body, and lower body strength. Throw in a dose of core exercises to top it off! You will use weights and your own body weight to change the shape of your body. Ultimately no muscle gets neglected in this class!
Mix high energy Throwback Thursday music, mixed with our own High Octane Training, and you’ve got a major hit! This class puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat! Lower, upper, core, cardio, all are hit in this class. Bodyweight, weights, kettlebells, TRX and more may (probably!) be incorporated. Sing along…if you can catch your breath. Bust a move…if you can spare the energy! One thing for sure- you’ll leave humming, happy, and feeling great!
THURSDAY 7:30P.M. - 8P.M.
30 minutes of abdominal and back exercises…with some cardio thrown in… for intense all around core conditioning. This class will help with class will help with core strength, stability, balance, and improved posture. A great way to fit a quick but challenging core workout into your busy day and even busier week! More than just looks, strong abs help contribute to overall core strength. This class has hit ‘em hard abdominal work firming up transverse, obliques, and rectus abdominus. Don’t you worry about the science or anatomy! Just show up and get ready to churn, burn, sculpt, and shred those abs!
The ‘powerhouse’ goes beyond simple core strength: it is the energy center of the body and includes the abdominal muscles, back muscles, pelvic floor, glutes, and hips. A gentle, yet challenging class that incorporates different stretches, movements, and exercise styles designed to benefit your entire body- muscles, joints, tendons & ligaments, internal organs, glands, and yes, even the cells! You’ll achieve better alignment, posture, balance. You'll gain overall strength and flexibility. You’ll leave relaxed and restored, with a much stronger core.
SATURDAY 830 – 9:30A.M.
You've heard of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). What is H.O.T? H.O.T is a 'jacked up' interval training--- HIGH OCTANE TRAINING! A high octane number REDUCES drag and INCREASES efficiency in high-performance engines...YOU!.You'll improve cardio conditioning, core strength, & full body functional strength. Add to that mix- intense drills, plyometrics, and calisthenics! Then top it all off with boxing! That’s a combo guaranteed to torch fat, build lean muscle, and knock out stress! Come jab, cross, hook and uppercut your way to a calorie-crushing you! Bring your gloves, we'll supply the workout!
SATURDAY 9:30 – 10A.M.
Insert defined abs…extract belly: Abstract! Out of the box! Different! Nothing mainstream here! Each week unique and targeted core exercises are mixed into the palette to give your abs a perfectly ‘sculpted’ look! We’re out to create masterpieces, turning your midsection into a work of art! Be warned: People will accuse your summer six- pack abs photos of being airbrushed and touched up!
