Class Descriptions

 

  • Body Blaze

    Sunday 10a.m.

    A cardiovascular and strength workout guaranteed to ignite your body, and work your heart and lungs like bellows! Different every time to keep your mind and body guessing...and burning! You'll use dumbbells, ropes, bands, balls, steps, etc..., everything is thrown into the fire!!

  • Power Hour

    Tuesday 9a.m.

    A full-body approach to toning and
    strengthening the muscles. The class incorporates plenty
    of multi-joint movements to elevate the heart rate and cardio intervals to
    burn maximum calories. Every class includes exercises to improve balance,
    muscular control and body awareness. Chest, back, arms, abs, butt, hips, and
    legs all get a blast. Particular attention is paid to good form and
    alignment so that muscles are properly worked and joints are protected.

  • Military Boot Camp

    Tuesday 7:30p.m.

    Fall in!! Upper body, lower body, cardiovascular, drills, calisthenics, core, and more! You'll become faster, stronger, more agile, and have better endurance than ever before! Your body is the only equipment needed for this class, and before long it'll be running like a fine tuned tank! Can you handle the battle?

  • Mamas In Motion

    WEDNESDAY 9A.M.
    You have the choice of bringing your pre-crawler baby with you to class or coming to class without baby! Either way you'll get a great targeted workout while having tons of fun! Whether you have a 3 month old, or a 3 year old, this post-natal class is for any mother of a young child who is looking to get their pre-baby body back into shape!

  • Fitness Kickboxing For Ladies

    WEDNESDAY 7:30p.m.
    Ladies night! Tightened, toned and tough is what you’ll be! Combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Includes stretching and traditional exercises such as jumping jacks and push-ups, followed by a kickboxing session that includes movements such as knee strikes, kicks, and punches. Kick bags, Thai pads, jump ropes, and more!

  • Cardio Craze

    Friday 9a.m.

    Have fun and get fit with this
    high-energy class! Drills, body weight exercises, ab work, and interval
    training will get you sweating and feeling great.

  • Butt, Gut, Tris, & Thighs

    Saturday 10a.m.

    The wedding? The jeans? The reunion? The ex ? Then this is the class for you! You'll be tightened, toned, and tantalizing after a series of targeted exercises guaranteed to "lift and lock" everything into place! This class is the ultimate shape shifter!
