Mamas in Motion

We are happy to announce a wonderful new class for post natal mommies called "Mamas In Motion"! We have partnered with Michelle Hobgood, owner of Fusion Fitness & Wellness, to bring you this amazing class!

How does this class differ from traditional mommy/baby classes? Well, with Mamas In Motion you have the choice of bringing your pre-crawler baby with you to class or coming to class without baby! Either way you'll get a great targeted workout while having tons of fun! Whether you have a 3 month old, or a 3 year old, this post-natal class is for any mother of a young child who is looking to get their pre-baby body back into shape!

Class begins Wednesday, June 23rd from 9-10a.m., and will meet every Wednesday at the same time here at Triomph!

Extra Suggestions:
Have a blanket and a toy for your little one if you're bringing them to class. Please also bring an exercise mat (the thicker the better).

Cost:
$15 per class*
(class cards also available)
(Triomph package holders excluded from fee.)
